You’re still using ChatGPT like it’s 2023. Prompt. Copy. Paste. Repeat. ChatGPT

You’re still using ChatGPT like it’s 2023.

Prompt. Copy. Paste. Repeat.

ChatGPT Work just ended that.

Here’s the difference:

Chat gives you an answer.

Then you go do the work.

Work does the work.

Then hands you the finished file.

A doc. A spreadsheet. A deck. A live dashboard.

The old way:

✗ Copy-pasting outputs into five different tools (forever)

✗ Re-explaining your brand in every single chat

✗ Exporting data from everywhere to build one report

The new way:

✓ Describe the outcome, not the steps

✓ Connect Gmail, Drive, Slack and your CRM in one place

✓ Save a workflow once as a Skill, rerun it across the whole team

✓ Schedule it daily or weekly (it keeps working while you’re stuck in meetings)

✓ Let it drive its own browser for tools with no integration

✓ It asks before anything gets sent, spent or deleted

What this looks like for ecommerce:

→ Supplier invoices turned into one clean spreadsheet

→ Competitor prices checked every morning, flagged only when something moves

→ Meta, Google and TikTok spend blended into one ROAS sheet

→ Sales call transcripts turned into tailored proposals

The breakthrough:

It’s not a better prompt box.

It’s a teammate that finishes jobs.

But here’s the catch.

A messy process stays messy.

Map the workflow first.

Then hand it to Work.

Process before prompts.

I’ve packed the essentials into the Starter Pack above.

Save it. Share it with the teammate who still lives in copy-paste mode.

I also have a full guide on a Notion board, with setup steps, all 23 use cases and the goal prompts for each.

If you’d like it, let me know and I will send it thru
