Reflecting Strategic Partnerships
I was recently kindly invited by the HP to Maranello where we discussed the changing nature of Strategic Partnerships, this is with backdrop of their relationship they have established with Scuderia Ferrari within Formula 1. It was great to be able to discuss what does and does not make a really good partnership and one in this case that is so much more than the sum of its parts.
The discussion also gave me course to reflect on the role of partnerships I have seen and been involved in but also the changes worth considering in today’s world. In a world that is more Volatile Uncertain, Complex, Ambiguous (V.U.C.A) I believe the role of partnerships has become even more fundamental and it certainly worth considering a few elements which my UK government has been contributing too in recent years
a) As businesses decarbonise are you aware of your full supply chain including where rare earth minerals come from and are refined?
b) As water is increasingly scarce in many regions what level of systems thinking have you applied to mitigating this
c) When Open-source Intelligence is available are you using it?
