Small businesses don’t need more AI. They need less wasted time.
I think this distinction is getting lost.
Every week, there’s another AI tool promising to transform the way we work. But for a small business owner, the real question isn’t, “How advanced is the technology?”
It’s much simpler:
What can this take off my plate today?
Replying to repetitive questions. Creating social media content. Following up with customers. Asking for reviews. Updating business information. Organizing leads.
Saving 15 minutes here and 30 minutes there may not sound revolutionary. But across an entire year, those small automations can give a business owner hundreds of hours back.
That’s where I believe AI has the biggest opportunity for small businesses: not replacing people, but removing the repetitive work that keeps people from doing what actually grows the business.
