CEO.
Images should answer questions before they’re asked.
Solo Amazon Operator.
⠀
If a customer has to message you to find out what fits, the listing has more work to do.
⠀
The next customer may just leave.
⠀
I start with the questions, reviews, and return reasons.
⠀
What keeps coming up?
What did someone expect that wasn't in the box?
What couldn't they understand before buying?
⠀
Then I give each image a job.
⠀
Show the product beside something familiar.
Show every included piece.
Show the connection.
Show where it fits and where it doesn't.
⠀
Not everything belongs in one crowded graphic.
⠀
1 image.
1 clear answer.
Built for a phone.
⠀
I check the whole stack at the size a customer will actually see it.
⠀
If the detail disappears, it isn't explained.
If the text needs zooming, I'm not finished.
⠀
I don't want to win a sale by leaving something unclear.
I want the right customer to buy it and keep it.
