I said this to my Father in law a few years ago, just thought about it again today
"If this tree takes 65 years to grow, you'll be dead by the time it's worth anything, what's the point?"
There's a lot to be taken from his reply:
"I don't really think about it, I just think about next week"
A friend asked me earlier what's my thought on agentic shopping, what it'll mean for our businesses etc etc
All of us building stuff with ai right now, find it pretty exciting, but in the same sense a bit overwhelming.
our brains just unable to comprehend and keep up with the speed of this evolution
maybe we should not think about years down the line, and just focus on the next week.
save ourselves the headache
