Incredible Talent Alert...
I run an unofficial job-board as part of the best privilege of what I do for a living. Every 60 days or so, when the talent level is absurd, I share the top 4 here. What they have in common is that they are all the modern definition of elite-marketers AND are fantastic humans I can absolutely put my own name behind:
1) A marketing acquisition and growth Director who still has hands on keys knowledge (rare at that level), has dealt with retail, financial and many other categories, can handle large 8 figure budgets and is a great culture person.
2) A unique, one of a kind SVP level Acquisition and Data/Analytics unicorn type who has that knowledge set AND also knows Risk/Credit/Business. Could lead your analytics group or your acquisition group or honestly, BOTH. That is the cool part.
3) For my PE, CEO and Investor friends out there....I have a VERY talented Modern CMO, who just exited a business after growing it and having it be aquired, and now is looking. He knows more stats/analytics than your best analytics person, yet knows customer acquisition, data, consumer, conversion flows, consumer and all the rest. We talk about this type of person in the industry, but few actually exist. Knows finance, retail, tech-ed but way more. A top human.
4) A very talented and well-rounded VP/Head of Marketing. Someone who knows the multi-location world cold. Someone who understands "Drive to Store". Someone who is comfortable talking about brand and influencer, but then also comfy looking at data-sets. Knows retail, grocery, health/wellness/beauty. Kind and thoughtful.
