⠀
If you're paying for access but still doing all the work, question the expense.
⠀
I've seen value when a difficult issue needs help getting unstuck.
⠀
But that isn't the same as running your Amazon business.
⠀
Who checks whether the fix actually worked?
Who catches the next inventory shortage?
Who stops advertising from spending against a weak offer?
Who updates the listing when customers keep misunderstanding it?
⠀
Those jobs still need doing.
⠀
I don't judge a service by how close it sits to Amazon.
I judge it by what changes in your account because you paid for it.
⠀
A useful escalation has value.
A recurring report you could pull yourself needs a harder look.
⠀
Before renewing, ask one question:
⠀
What did this service resolve that would otherwise still be costing us money?
⠀
If there's a clear answer, weigh it.
If there isn't, stop paying out of habit.
⠀
Your budget needs to fund work, not proximity.
