My voice file made AI generic.

The fix was my calls.

For two months my agents kept handing me the same sentence shape. "That's not X. That's Y."

I wrote the file that taught them that. It told them to sound sharp and opinionated, and it pointed them at two of my own drafts as samples.

Those drafts had attitude. They also had the AI habits I now cut.

So the agents copied the tricks and skipped the opinions.

On September 27 I rebuilt the file around lines I've said out loud on recorded calls. (Pulled from Fathom, word for word, rambly parts included.)

Now every agent reads my real words before it writes a single one of its own.

I broke down where the good lines came from and the mistake that caused all of it in this week's newsletter.

What sentence do you delete from every AI draft?
