My updated AI stack to run a $35M ARR startup with 130 employees:
> Claude: open on my desktop at all times. for almost every question, I go straight to Claude.
> MCP connectors: Claude has access to our docs, Slack, code, database, finances, inbox, and calendar (context is king).
> Fellow: joins every meeting and saves every transcript.
> Unblocked: lives in Slack and has a full 360 of the business.
> Linear: we barely use the web app anymore. Tickets get created in Slack and analysis runs through Claude.
> Claude skills: analyze 100+ dashboards and cross-reference our database and Slack to surface emerging risks and opportunities.
> Scheduled tasks: automate dozens of recurring items and nudge employees to submit their weekly priorities (petty, I know).
> Claude Code + Figma Slides: Literally creates the most beautiful decks you’ve ever seen.
> Wispr Flow: I verbally talk to my computer in plain English and it makes edits instantly.
I’ve also started testing Muse personally to source candidates for a new role + handle some upcoming travel logistics.
I'm far from the most AI-pilled person on your feed but if Tyler from 12 months ago saw what Tyler today is doing, he'd have thought it was 2030.
For those that are more AI-pilled, what do I need to add?
