Does anyone in my network know how to reach Amazon support? We have been receiving these emails from them daily from them not sure if it's Ai sending this on their behalf. Amazon took some of our inventory we had originally removed through the removal process. Then a week or two later they billed us.
We have sent them our business registration and tax documents, however every day they are emailing us that we did something illegal. I have submitted a case number but they have not responded in over a week. Since deactivated the account I cannot contact them by phone.
Our storefront is still active which is odd but both listings are all completely gone. If you know anyone from Amazon support that is USA based that would be greatly appreciated.
Our co-packer Total Food Package sent us their FDA registration as well and I sent this to Amazon along with our spec sheets, and they still send us emails everyday we committed fraudulent activity.
I reached out to Sell on Amazon but they said they can only help a little bit through social media. I spoke with other founders and they have never seen this before from Amazon.
I paid for vine reviews and Amazon deleted the listings so I assume I won't be reimbursed for that which is okay. I just hope we can get our account reactivated. If anyone does Amazon reactivation services please let me know.
