Here's how you end a job interview by essentially asking for the job.
You can say something like:
"From this interview process so far, and talking to other companies, you all are my number one choice employer.
[Add a genuine compliment here - something like "The team as such a great rapport that you don't always see."]
[Say what you like best about the role - something like "The focus on is exactly what I was looking for my next role."]
And it makes you all my number one choice.
I look forward to hopefully continuing the conversation."
What's important here is drawing the line between desperation and enthusiasm.
They don't want you to say, "I need this job, please give it to me."
But they do want to feel wanted.
They want you to feel like you have multiple opportunities you're choosing between and that you still want them, not that you're just choosing them by default.
So by saying something similar to what I shared here, they are more likely to choose you.
Because when they are down to two equally qualified candidates, they will choose the candidate they perceive who wants the job more.
PS - You also want to ask good questions at the end of an interview, so I'll link excellent questions to ask in the comments.
