Three things bin a CV before a human ever sees it.
We've scored 5,000+ applications, so these aren't opinions:
→ No tools listed. No Seller Central, no Helium 10, no bulk sheets. Just "managed campaigns."
→ No DSP or AMC anywhere. Fine for some roles. Disqualifying for most senior ones now.
→ No quantified results. "Improved performance" where a number, a percentage and a timeframe should be.
The third one is the killer, and it's the easiest to fix.
Most applicants have the numbers. They just don't think to write them down, because inside their last job everyone already knew.
Nobody here knows.
If you're hiring: ask for the numbers before you reject anyone for not volunteering them.
