This announcement means a lot to me.
Over the past several months, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with the Lornamead and AMG teams as we brought these two businesses together. Yesterday, Sojourner Consumer Partners announced our acquisition of AMG Brands and its combination with Lornamead.
Both companies share something I care deeply about: bringing high-quality, trusted products to more consumers at affordable prices. Together, they have a tremendous portfolio of brands and significant potential ahead.
I’m incredibly proud of what we’ve accomplished to get here and energized to support Emily Fong Mitchell and the broader team as we bring these businesses together and accelerate their next phase of growth. We’re just getting started!
