CEO.

Amazon’s deadlines are not suggestions.

Solo Amazon Operator.

⠀

“We opened a case” is not the same as “we fixed it.”

⠀

Neither is forwarding the warning.

Scheduling a meeting.

Or waiting for someone to get back to you.

⠀

Those are activities.

The issue still needs an owner.

⠀

When I see a deadline, I work backward from it.

⠀

What exactly does Amazon need?

What can I fix now?

What do I need from your company?

How much time do we have if the first submission gets rejected?

⠀

I don't plan to submit at the last minute.

I want time to correct anything that comes back.

⠀

Then I track the response and verify the outcome.

⠀

A case number isn't my finish line.

⠀

The listing needs to stay live.

The business needs to keep selling.

⠀

You shouldn't have to ask whether someone saw the warning.

You should know what's being done about it.

⠀

The deadline belongs to Amazon.

The follow-through belongs to me.
