Brazil has moved to the top of the conversation in the global creator economy. And we've been treating it that way for a while.
Our Co-CEO Mathew Micheli captured it well: "What excites us most about Brazil is the depth of the relationships creators have built with their audiences. We see a real opportunity to help Brazilian creators develop lasting relationships, grow their commercial opportunities locally, and expand their partnerships with international brands."
And we're already acting on it.
When you build something with real intention, the right people start to notice.
Gabriel Mello is the latest to join our Brazilian operation, bringing over 12 years of experience in advertising and a career that spans Nike, Aramis, and campaigns for brands like Gucci, O Boticário and L'Oréal. He joins Fernanda Zanetti and Pedro Santos on the commercial side, and Lucas Siciliano leading PR and marketing, with a shared focus on expanding our exclusive creator casting and connecting Brazilian talent to global opportunities.
The goal has always been bigger than deal-making. We see ourselves as a long-term partner in each creator's career, offering support that goes well beyond commercial opportunities. Identifying the right talent, building relationships that actually last, and being present at every stage of that journey, from the first brand partnership to opportunities they haven't even imagined yet.
Brazil has always had the creativity. We're building the infrastructure to match it.
Welcome to the team, Gabriel.
