I've been using Helium 10 Ads to do day parting on my campaigns for years. However, since im busy, i was just applying a blanket rule for increasing/decreasing bids for all campaigns based on overall campaign performance.
Ideally, I would have/should have taken the time to analyze things at the campaign level since not all campaigns perform the same by hour. I don't have any more time to do this now than 2 years ago, but now thanks to the Helium 10 MCP, I will be able to analyze all accounts at the campaign level, and both hourly data and by day data and then get a list of suggestions for my dayparting rules that I can implement in Ads!
