One of the best leaders I’ve ever had, and someone I feel very lucky to have worked with.
Matt Beane has an incredible vision, deep industry experience and such a strong understanding of the market. I’ve always learned something new from him, whether it was about the industry, the business or simply how to approach a challenge differently.
But what stands out most to me is how supportive he is as a leader. He trusts his team, gives people opportunities to grow, and genuinely wants to see people succeed.
I’m really grateful for everything I’ve learned from you, Matt, and for the trust and support you’ve given me along the way. Wishing you an exciting next chapter, they’re lucky to have you! 🙌
