Just returned from an incredible trip to India, where I had the opportunity to spend time with our Acosta Group Connected Commerce team in Bengaluru and meet with our valued partners at IBM. What stood out most wasn't just the talent and expertise across both organizations, but the energy, innovation, and shared commitment to solving complex challenges and creating meaningful outcomes for clients. I'm especially grateful for the warm welcome, hospitality, and partnership demonstrated throughout the visit. The experience reinforced how much we can learn from one another when we bring diverse perspectives together. I left with a deeper appreciation for the culture of innovation that exists across global teams and a renewed belief that great partnerships have no geographic boundaries. Thank you to everyone who generously shared their time, insights, and experiences. I return inspired by what we're building together and even more excited about the opportunities ahead.
