Are Sparky and Alexa copying each other on design? Which deals are more personalized vs more trending? Which are helping GLP-1 users more?
With Walmart Deal Days starting yesterday and Amazon Prime Big Deal Days starting today, I took a look at what and how each of them featured their event and then did some blind spot checks with AI.
Some of the highlights are in the carousel below based on screen shot deck I put together from both Amazon and Walmart home pages. The copying each other comment comes as both events have a blue theme which seems to be the standard go to theme now (vs changing themes in summer Prime Day pasts).
