Here's how Claude and GPT have added about ten hours a week to my workload:

1. I spend endless time reading extra long documents people have "written" without editing, that aren't very good so require more of my effort.

2. Now, when I get to the end of the task, Claude asks me if I've considered trying X Y and Z (spoiler, no I haven't) so I spend an extra two hours making that stuff up too.

3. It puts crap drafts in my inbox that I have to edit and ultimately could have written myself quicker.

4. When it gets an answer wrong, instead of moving on I say "HERES WHY YOU ARE RUBBISH" and talk back which is a completely pointless task.

5. I see an app that will save me time as an AI and then all it needs is for me to connect it to three of my email addresses, my granola account, my doctor surgery and my tinder profile. Which takes longer than the original task.

Tell me I'm not alone?!
