Every AVN ask should get scored twice before you walk in.
Priority to you.
Likelihood Amazon delivers it.
Most teams score the first one.
They rank what they want, not what's realistic and then wonder why the negotiation feels like an irrelevant wishlist.
Score every ask 1 to 5 on both:
Priority: how much this matters to your P&L.
Likelihood: Given the relationship and the category, will Amazon agree to this.
High priority, low likelihood is the most important ask, so not the one to skip. They belong on your non negotiables list.
A non negotiable decided in the moment and under pressure, isn't a non-negotiable.
Same goes the other way.
Amazon has a list too, scored the same way from their side. Knowing what's high priority, low likelihood for them tells you where they'll push hardest and give up least.
Walking in knowing which asks are actually worth spending time on, will help you move through the process faster.
Do you score Amazon's asks the same way you score your own?
