What makes a culture special is rarely one big initiative. It is built through the everyday moments: how people connect, collaborate, recognize one another, and show up for their teams.
That is why we recently launched a Culture Committee at Envision Horizons. 🌱
I’ve had the opportunity to build Culture Committees in past organizations, and I’ve seen how powerful they can be in bringing together volunteers across roles, teams, and regions to strengthen the employee experience. The premise is simple: give team members the space and structure to explore an important question:
How can we make the experience of working here even better while protecting what already makes this organization special?
The committee will create a space for thoughtful culture advocates to bring forward perspectives, surface opportunities, test ideas, and help turn intention into action. 💡
As Envision Horizons evolves, we are focused on elevating both our culture and our team. We want to preserve the connection, care, and shared spirit that brought us here, while continuing to raise the bar for how we work, collaborate, and support one another. ✨
We are growing thoughtfully and looking for people who are excited to raise the bar with us: people who bring strong judgment, curiosity, care for their teammates, and a desire to do excellent work. We currently have 12+ open roles across the company. If that sounds like you, take a look at our careers page: https://lnkd.in/gsGmNnVf. 🚀
