My takeaway from Amazon Accelerate 2026:
For Amazon to win the Agentic Commerce race, it needs both better AI and better seller support.
Quick’s seller-data connections and Seller Assistant’s memory and workflows are encouraging steps.
For marketplace sellers, the bigger question is how to become a product that AI shopping assistants recommend. That’s the work we focus on at ARTAN AI.
But progress also means helping sellers resolve account issues. I’d love to see more of the Seller Café level of effectiveness from the seller support.
Which would have the biggest impact on your business:
