Before you look at a single campaign..
I want to know which product.
Because it's almost never the whole catalog.
If you have a small catalog, sure, it happens.
But very rarely is every product and every campaign broken at the same time.
It's usually one or two products, and then a couple of campaigns sitting on top of them making the whole account average look sick.
So: find the date something changed.
Then pull two snapshots, the weeks after against the weeks before, when things were working.
Product level first.
Once you know which product, you can ask the actual question.
ACoS is spend over sales, so the spike is either on the spend side or the sales side, and spend is CPC times clicks.
So I want to know whether CPCs jumped or whether you suddenly got a pile of traffic that doesn't convert.
Then, and only then, go to campaigns.
Same date range, same product, comparison view.
The campaign with the biggest ad sales drop is the one that was driving the traffic, and now you have something to fix.
Honestly, the campaign tab is the last thing I'd open here, not the first.
