CEO.

Amazon profits. Do you?

Solo Amazon Operator.

⠀

I'm not trying to beat Amazon at its own business.

⠀

I'm making sure my client has a profitable business inside it.

⠀

That means I don't celebrate sales without looking at what we kept.

⠀

I check where the money went.

⠀

Advertising that brought orders but left no margin.

⠀

Inventory sitting long enough to eat the profit it was supposed to make.

⠀

Returns from customers who expected something the listing never should have promised.

⠀

Those are operating problems. I work on them.

⠀

I can't negotiate Amazon into caring more about your bottom line.

⠀

I can stop funding keywords that don't earn their place.

⠀

Adjust replenishment before another unnecessary order ships.

⠀

Fix the listing before the same misunderstanding creates another return.

⠀

Your sales report tells you how much moved.

⠀

Your P&L tells you whether it was worth moving.

⠀

I'm responsible for paying attention to both.

⠀

Solo Amazon Operator.
