My vault backup said "ok" every night for ten days.

Nothing had pushed to GitHub since the 14th.

The repo had grown past 17GB of video files.

Every push failed, and the script never checked the exit code, so it logged success anyway.

Same week, an auth token expired overnight.

🔴 It took out my weekly review, my follow-up chaser & two days of content mining.

🔴 None of them alerted. All of them logged as having run.

The fix was one more automation whose only job is checking the others.

Every morning it asks:

🦾 What was the last exit code? Did the log move?

🦾 Does the file that should exist actually exist?

Then it sends me one message, either all green or exactly what broke.

That's how I found out about both.

Never seen a failure on your automation dashboard?

⤷ Go look at the exit codes yourself.
