Great day at the Amazon EU Accelerator event 🚀
It was really good to catch up with some old colleagues, see plenty of familiar faces across the industry and hear directly from Amazon about what’s coming next.
A few things that stood out for me:
-The continued push into the US and the scale of the opportunity for European brands.
-Amazon’s rapidly growing AI stack, particularly around content creation, advertising and automation.
-AI-powered creative becoming increasingly accessible across images, video, text and audio.
-The Amazon Ads Agent and broader move towards more agentic tools and always-on workflows.
-More support for brands expanding internationally, including account management, incentives and the Service Provider Network.
The pace at which Amazon is building AI into both the Seller and Ads ecosystems is probably the biggest takeaway. It feels like 2027 is going to be less about whether brands and agencies adopt these tools and more about how effectively they integrate them into their day-to-day operations.
Plenty to take back to the team at Venture Forge and more importantly, plenty to think about in terms of how we continue evolving the way we support our clients.
