Have you modelled what happens to margin if the AVN results in 100bps increase to terms?
Does anyone own VCR as an ops metric?
What's your forecast accuracy, and how will you improve it YOY? You can have the best product, at the best price, with the best content..but if you go out of stock you've failed.
Is next year's plan a number you're hoping to hit, or one you've built bottom up?
