Two back-to-back Amazon conferences, two redeyes, and one foggy brain later... here's my Amazon Unboxed notes.
The big theme was no surprise. And I'll admit, I come to the "AI" conversation as a skeptic. I've seen automation in PPC destroy a brand's growth trajectory, and I've seen smart, strategic, very human bid management take a business from 0 to 100. So in discussions around what new AI tools can do for you, my reaction is always "prove it"😅
AI will undoubtedly become a bigger contributor to ads performance (even if it isn't fully there yet). So I keep a healthy skepticism and keep testing.

With all that said, here's the features that caught my attention the most:
Full Funnel Campaigns: One campaign spanning SP, Display, Video and STV with Amazon dynacmically allocating investment. Quite possibly the ultimate test of my willingness to hand the keys to the robots 😆
DVA+: Simplifying display, video and audio buying with advanced controls. Interested in where the balance between automation and control lands.
Social Overlay: Interesting but also conflicted. Does the inauthenticity that comes with ads negate any potential "influence" of the influential?
Prompts Reporting: Seeing performance against Alexa prompts feels like a new consumer insights tool. I'm intrigued.
Branded Conversations and AI briefs: BRING IT ON... I think how we "teach" AI about our brands could become as important as how we optimize PDPs today (especially for a brand like Genexa)
Review Requests: paying to accelerate reviews on products? Anyone tested this yet?

Of course, the Amazon conference caveat applies... will we ever get out of closed betas? Did I mention I'm skeptical? 😂
Did I miss anything notable?
