Milestone we were proud of here at Ad Badger 🥳 🦡
Our newest tool just crossed over 100,000 weekly buy box checks.
We've logged over 1.3M checks since January. Across any city across the US, UK, Canada, or Ireland.
Other things we've learned along the way:
🗺️ Where the shopper is changes who wins. On a typical day, about 1 in 5 products we check in more than one US city shows a different Buy Box result from one city to the next.
🤔At any given moment, roughly 1 in 6 of the product and location combinations we track has the Buy Box in another seller's hands.
🗺️ The map isn't even. Among the US cities we track most, the share of tracked products winning the Buy Box runs from 56% in San Francisco to about 70% in Los Angeles.
🛒Listings move more than you'd think. Since mid-July we've logged more than 28,000 changes to product pages.
💰Every check also records price, delivery date, stock status, Best Sellers Rank, rating and review count, so you can see what changed around the moment you lost it.
