Excited to share that I've been promoted to Director, Amazon Key and Ring SMB at Amazon 🚩.
I was hired to launch Amazon Key in Europe, enabling Delivery Associates to gain standardized, verified, and time-bound access in a self-serve way, cutting the time wasted waiting to get in and reducing access-related delivery defects. In 5 years, we built a large footprint from scratch, something Delivery Associates truly love, and I could not be more proud of the journey.
To build this, we invented new products, operated across multiple channels and GTM models (B2B, B2C, SaaS), and partnered closely with Amazon Logistics.
Here are some of the highlights:
- Launched Ring Intercom, an easy upgrade to your existing intercom that lets you see and talk to whoever is buzzing, even when you are not at home. It is now one of the top sellers in Europe.
- Launched the "Works with Amazon Key" program, an API integration that lets existing intercoms work with Amazon Key, and signed a deal with a European intercom leader, expanding the footprint for Amazon drivers.
- Expanded Amazon Key beyond delivery, opening access not just to drivers but to a wider audience, including residents and service providers.
- Embraced AI early, which reshaped how we operate day to day. It improved productivity and drastically accelerated our time to ship new products.
