Don't blame employees who are skeptical about AI. They’re being asked to change how they work. It's your job as leaders to prove that it will be worth it.
Show someone that half a day of reporting can take minutes, and you give them a reason to consider what else is possible. That’s how belief builds. And it's how you and your teams can start the bigger opportunity -- rethink the work that crosses teams: the handoffs, approvals and decisions that turn days into weeks.
People are more ready to embrace those changes once they’ve seen AI make their own work better.
Bryan Wiener and I authored a column in Ad Age about the 37Arc AI Belief Arc - how to take the first step so your organization can see it and believe it. Steven Wolfe Pereira ⚡️Lisa Moore (she/her) & Madhu Muthukumar spoke about this earlier this week at Smartly's ADVANCE conference. Curious to hear how others are bringing people along the journey
