Lately I’ve been thinking about the balance between work and actual life.
So much of our day is spent on screens—emails, Slack, meetings, notifications… more screens. 😂
That’s why my daily walk is non-negotiable:
No music. No podcast. No scrolling.
At least 15 minutes of fresh air and quiet.(after that I might turn on the music or connect with a friend)
But apparently, according to my husband or at least a Reddit comment he was reading, sitting quietly with your thoughts for 30 minutes can help you come up with a solution to almost any problem you’re facing.
Honestly, I kind of believe it.
Sometimes stepping away from the screen is all it takes to clear your mind and find a solution.
Anyone else find that quiet time helps them think differently?
