my 8-month-old now has TWO tiny teeth 🥹
showed up at the gym 28 out of 30 days
lost 4 lbs
on paper, it looks like a solid month, but the numbers don’t really tell the whole story cos somewhere between all the wins, work, motherhood and trying to keep everything moving, my mental health took a few knocks.
I’ve had to slow down, process a lot, pray A LOT, cry and remind myself that not everything needs to be figured out immediately.
but I’m proud of myself for continuing to show up
