CEO.
Your company might be too slow.
Solo Amazon Operator.
⠀
Not for Amazon.
For how I work.
⠀
If we approve a fix Monday, I’m not waiting for Thursday’s meeting to discuss doing it.
⠀
I’m doing it.
⠀
If I need your product documentation, costs, or inventory dates, I need answers.
Not 3 introductions and a calendar invite.
⠀
Some companies want a fast operator inside a process that won't let anyone move.
⠀
That won't work.
⠀
Don't hire me if every approved decision needs another approval.
⠀
Don't hire me if you measure attention by hours spent in meetings.
⠀
I keep meetings limited because you’re paying me to operate the account.
You still get reporting, answers, and accountability.
⠀
What you don't get is a standing meeting where I explain why we're still waiting.
⠀
I'll own my part.
Your company has to own its part.
⠀
I don't skip due diligence.
I skip unnecessary delay.
⠀
If that sounds uncomfortable, we're probably not a fit.
