If your AI workflow starts with pasting your ICP, product details and brand rule

If your AI workflow starts with pasting your ICP, product details and brand rules into a chat, you're redoing the same setup every single time.

I set brands up like this now.

One repo per venture.

(AI reads a repo cleanly. It reads Google/iCloud badly.)

Inside it:

⤷ A folder per product with value props, approved scenes & features in plain markdown.

⤷ A folder for the ICP.

⤷ One skill that knows where all of it lives.

Whoever runs it only supplies the script.

You can go further and preload a queue of scripts. The skill runs the next five unused ones, moves them to a used folder and drops the output beside them.

(Video files stay out of the repo. Outputs go to Drive.)

Video model gets rate limited, repriced or shut down?

⤷ Point the same repo at the next one and keep going.

Start with one brand this week: move its ICP and product facts out of your prompt doc and into a repo.
