Claude Code and Codex can do a lot of the same things, which is one of the things that makes picking one so hard.
My team and I’s honest answer is usually "either works!" but sometimes it's "both!" (A few people on my team now use Codex to check Claude's work, which feels ridiculous and also works.)
So on Thursday, two on my team are going live to walk through it: Alyssa, my Director of Operations, and Misha, who leads the community for my AI Agent Mastermind. They'll start with how they use Claude Code and Codex, when they reach for which, and when the answer is both.
