I took a few days after Amazon Accelerate to let it all sink in (catch up on sleep too). What stayed with me most was the people and the conversations.
The week began with a celebration of 20 years of FBA, a program that has played a huge role in helping me grow The Bean Coffee Company. I also reconnected with fellow sellers and the Sellers in Your Community and Seller External Relations teams. Those teams have helped me share our story and advocate for small businesses.
Throughout the week, I had candid conversations with Amazon leaders about what’s working, what’s difficult, and what would help us grow. I heard “feedback is a gift” more than once, and I felt that the people in those rooms genuinely wanted to hear it.
I came home excited about the tools ahead, especially the work on Seller Assistant and ways to make the day-to-day work of running a business easier. I came home even more grateful for the sellers and Amazonians who make this community what it is.
Thank you to everyone at Amazon who brought us together, listened, and made Accelerate 2026 such a meaningful week.
