Amazon Accelerate was quite the experience this year! Especially the reception to close it out, where Amazon's top execs hosted a toast to celebrate the year ahead. Great way to end it, Katie Scott!

Met and caught up with Mary Beth Westmoreland, Dharmesh Mehta, Amit Agarwal and Charles Wright during the course of Day 3, after a productive week.

And, this is what makes Amazon Accelerate unique and worth it for all the brands we support there -- face time with the people who matter most.

They're just as interested in brand success as all of us, and they're aware that we pursue solutions to hard problems.

Seller Cafe case work presented additional challenges this year, in terms of what topics could be discussed and what types of info shared. Worth thinking about what can be escalated, and where, BEFORE you get there.

One note: There remains a bit of confusion around appeals strategies, sellers need to decide at the beginning if they're appealing a suspension by accepting the finding and presenting corrective actions, or disputing the validity of the action taken. The general messages sent in response may send sellers in more circles, so stay tuned for clarifications there.

Looking to keep the momentum going in London this week, EU Accelerator! Covering suspension appeals, bad behavior by competitors you can report, and elevated resolution to brand registry snags.

If you’re in town, come hang out with us at the Amazon EU Accelerate Meetup on Wednesday, as I delve into account performance, account health, European expansion. I'll be answering your questions live over good conversation and networking.

One thing we learned for certain at all of the Amazon events we've attended now -- knowing who to go to, and how to approach them, is what works.

Endless "escalations" that aren't really escalating you higher up the chain don't move the needle, so come talk to us. We'll advise on Best Practices.

This knowledge is why we're well known within the Amazon space for fixing brand nightmares and listing snags. Got some? Let me know, either in person, or via DM/ email.
