Sales reps have been preparing for this moment their whole careers.

500 prospects.

Same problem.

Same pitch.

Same email.

The dream. šŸ˜‚

Imagine how convenient that would be.

You build one list.

Write one email.

Hit send.

And all 500 people just happen to be sitting there thinking:

Wow. That is literally the exact problem I have right now.

Beautiful.

Unfortunately, that dream usually lasts until the campaign starts. šŸ’€

Because why are we sending the same ā€œyou probably have this problemā€ email to everyone in the first place?

Same ICP doesn’t mean same problem.

One company is hiring.

One is expanding into a new market.

One just brought in a new sales leader.

One might have absolutely no reason to care about what you sell right now.

That’s the part I think gets skipped.

Before writing the email, figure out what’s actually happening at the company and whether it gives you a real reason to reach out.

You don’t need 500 different emails.

But 500 prospects = 1 problem = 1 email is probably a little optimistic.

Would be nice though. šŸ˜‚
