India, the Philippines, Germany, France, Spain and Ireland.
That surprises people, because "remote Amazon ads manager" has quietly become shorthand for "cheap person in Asia."
Most of them are in India, so there's truth in the stereotype.
But the most expensive placement we have ever made is in Spain. Then Ireland. Then Germany.
The market isn't sorted by geography. It's sorted by whether someone has actually run accounts with big budgets. And can showcase evidence of success.
Same criteria, applied the same way, wherever the person happens to live.
Location tells you what someone might cost.
It tells you nothing at all about whether they're any good.
