Most agencies automate reports.

Most agencies automate reports.

The best ones automate decisions.

There's a massive difference — and most Amazon brands are stuck on the wrong side of it.

Here's how I think about the three levels of AI in e-commerce operations:

1️⃣ Level One: View

Dashboards. Weekly reports. A Slack message with your ACoS. Someone looks at it. Maybe. This is where most brands and agencies live. It feels like progress. It isn't.

2️⃣ Level Two: Assist

The system spots something — a listing issue, an inventory flag, a PPC anomaly — and creates a task. Assigns it to a human. Now you're getting somewhere. The right people see the right problems faster.

3️⃣ Level Three: Act

The system catches the issue. Creates the task. Does the work. Updates the task. Closes it out. Human only touches it when something genuinely needs judgment.

That's the goal.

Think about what that means for your Amazon business. Restock alerts that already have the PO drafted. Listing gaps that get flagged and fixed before you ever see them. Performance dips that trigger bid adjustments — analyzed, queued, and ready for approval — before your Monday morning report even lands.

Ninety percent of the repetitive operational work... just handled.

We're building toward Level Three across every function — inventory, listings, PPC, account health. Not because it's a cool idea. Because the brands that get there first will be operating at a cost and speed their competitors can't match.

Level One was fine in 2020.

It's a ceiling now.

Where does your Amazon operation sit today — and what would Level Three actually unlock for your brand?
