Wanted to share some of the top highlights mentioned in the keynote around the upgrades to Seller Assistant AI for sellers. Hope it is helpful.
Talking to your business:
You can now interface with Seller Assistant AI directly and ask it questions about your business. Ask "show me products with low inventory" and the dashboard reformats around the answer. A visual layer called Canvas takes it further: ask something like "what happens to my margin if I drop price 10%" and it turns your dashboard into a graphical answer you can act on directly from there. Ask why sales dropped and it checks competitor promotions and whether traffic shifted to a bundle instead of you.
Automations:
You can set a standing job like "alert me when returns spike, tell me why, fix the listing." If reviews say a product looks small in photos, it can suggest and generate a new image. It also flags your own patterns, like frequent price changes, and offers to automate them.
Ads
You can launch Sponsored and Brand campaigns and find gaps in ad coverage by talking to it directly. Auto Optimization now handles keyword expansion, targeting and seasonal adjustment automatically. The prompt based recommendations don't cost anything beyond normal ad spend.
Account health
It's being rebuilt around compliance and remediation rather than just a score. Cross 250 and you get Account Health Assurance: listings stay live during a review instead of going inactive, plus 3 seller challenges every 180 days. Certifications are starting to get applied in the background across a catalog automatically.
Amazon is also launching a Seller Partner plugin that lets AI tools like Claude, or any other AI tool you want to connect, get access to your Seller Central data. It includes a deeper integration with Amazon's own AI tool, Amazon Quick, and every seller gets a free year of Amazon Quick, plus two extra seats.
