We profiled 26,784 Amazon advertising practitioners. 12,831 of them have dated Amazon Ads roles on their profile, not just the word Amazon somewhere in a job title. Then we made the whole thing searchable, free, no login.
Put in a normal senior brief. Senior level, four years plus, DSP or AMC, owns the ACOS number.

Drop the DSP and AMC requirement and it is 351.
That is the part nobody shows you. Not how many match, but what each requirement is costing you.
Most briefs I see are not too ambitious. They are ambitious in the wrong place.
