There is no greater feeling than seeing your kids excel in life.
Today, I had the amazing opportunity to watch my son, Kenton Snyder, lead two sessions at Amazon Accelerate in front of a packed room of 200+ Amazon operators. The sessions were in such high demand that more than 100 people were turned away due to capacity limits.
It’s been incredible to watch Kenton grow over the past few years, both personally and professionally. I’m especially grateful for the incredible leaders and mentors who have invested in him along the way, including Joshua Kreitzer and Sreenath Reddy .
Couldn’t be more proud of him and excited to see where he goes from here.
