Today we announced that after 10 years of founding, building, and leading Suzy, I am stepping down as CEO and moving into the role of Chairman.
Change is never easy, but it is the only constant, especially in 2026, when the world around us is being reinvented daily.
I am proud of the company we've built and grateful for the journey. Over the past decade we rode the SaaS boom, scaled a fast-growing startup through a pandemic, reinvented ourselves through the whiplash of interest rates and shifting market sentiment in software, and now find ourselves in the middle of the unprecedented AI boom. Along the way, we served hundreds of the world's leading brands and helped redefine the market research industry paving the path for the new wave of innovation we are currently seeing.
Through every up, down, twist, and turn, one voice of wisdom, perseverance, and strength has been by my side. Nothing makes me more proud or more confident in Suzy's future than announcing that person, Bryan Silverman, as our new CEO.
A special thanks to our employees, partners, clients, and investors for your support over the past decade and for what's still to come.
As for what's next for me, that's a story for another day. For now, I'm wishing my friend Bryan nothing but success in this new chapter.
