11:45 - Amazon Accelerate - Partner Theatre B.
I'm asking a room full of Amazon sellers to raise their hands.
Five questions. Each one gets harder to say yes to.
- Who used an LLM this week?
- Who asked it a question about their Amazon account?
- Who connected it straight to their data?
- Who built their perfect dashboard?
- Who trusts it to run the same way every time?
I expect the hands to start dropping around the last question.
That drop is the whole talk. And, I'm going to show you how to get over that drop.
We've spent the last year handing real advertising work to AI at Trellis. Every team climbs the same ladder:
⤷ Questions
⤷ Data
⤷ Analysis and reporting
⤷ Process and playbook
⤷ Consistency
⤷ Decisions
Almost everyone I talk to is parked on rung four. They wrote the playbook. They run it every week.
And they check every single output.
Once checking the work costs more than doing it, the value is gone. You bought an assistant and hired yourself as its babysitter.
We hit that wall two ways. Right numbers, wrong decision. Same instruction, different execution.
What got us over it was writing three things down for every decision we hand off:
◇ Context. Everything the decision depends on, including what your best person carries in their head.
◇ Logic. The reasoning, explicit enough to inspect and version.
◇ Control. How much authority you grant today. Authority is earned, not switched on.
Today about 80% of the brands using this, run their weekly work without anyone stepping in.
Come see how, come get the playbooks (giving away 52 skills/playbooks/prompts - for FREE)
Far left as you walk into the Pavilion.
Last year it was a packed house (see photo). Promise you, this year will be no different.
