After an incredible chapter, I recently made the decision to wrap up my time at ROMTech.
I’m incredibly grateful for the experience, the challenges, the things I learned, and most importantly, the people I had the opportunity to work alongside.
To my team: thank you. You were an awesome group of people to lead, work with, learn from, and laugh with. I’m proud of what we accomplished together, and even more appreciative of the relationships that came from it. Joe Alsobrook Patricia Carter Howard Pete Castanik and many more!
For the first time in a long time, I’m going to take a short sabbatical.
Just some much-needed time with my wife and boys, a few adventures, and a chance to enjoy being fully present with them before jumping into the next game.
And I’m genuinely excited about what comes next.
I’ve spent much of my career building, scaling, fixing, and transforming organizations - and I know that whatever the next chapter looks like, I want it to be something ambitious, meaningful, and a hell of a lot of fun to build.
For now, though, family time.
