At ALFI, I won’t let a channel team call something a win if the business paid for it elsewhere.
That is my definition of full service.
In account reviews, I ask one question: did this make the business stronger, or did it simply make one report look better?
A lower ACoS can still squeeze margin. More sales can pull inventory forward. A catalog fix can create a new operational cost. Each specialist can be right about their line while the founder is left holding the tradeoff.
That is why advertising, catalog, content, inventory, account health, unit economics, and reporting cannot operate as separate success stories at ALFI. They have to answer to one commercial decision.
Somebody must own that answer.
My standard is simple: a channel result does not count if the business loses the tradeoff.
That is the accountability system I want ALFI clients to feel. Not seven specialists defending seven metrics. One senior team giving one coherent answer about what to do next.
When your channels disagree, who has the authority to make the whole-business call?
