The busiest person in a stalled Amazon brand

The busiest person in a stalled Amazon brand

is almost always the founder

Busy feels like progress

It is not

Monday goes to fixing a listing

Tuesday goes to a Seller Central case

By Wednesday

Nobody has touched growth

That is a restaurant owner washing every dish

While the dining room sits empty

The fix is not working harder

It is deciding which work actually needs you

Run a simple time audit for one week

Write down every Amazon task you touch

and how long it took

Then sort each one by two questions

How much damage does a mistake cause

How much skill does the task take

Low risk

Repeatable work leaves your plate first

High risk decisions that touch cash

Pricing and strategy stay with you

Hand off outcomes not chores

Keep the account healthy is a job

Check the dashboard sometimes is a wish

Every handoff needs three things

A written SOP so the work gets done the same way every time

A clear definition of done so nobody guesses

A weekly scorecard so you see results

Without doing the work yourself

Then spot check

Pick a few items at random each week and review them closely

Trust is built on audits not hope

The brands that stall are rarely short on effort

They are short on owners

A founder buried in tasks is the most expensive

Employee on the payroll
